There are times when I just cannot be bothered to workout. Do you ever feel like that?
I’ve gone weeks without training. I’ve noticed, the longer I leave it, the more lazy I become. Then I end up getting annoyed with myself and smashing out 90 Minute HIIT workout. Leaving me sore as hell for the next few days.
But the good news is, once I’m back in the game, I’m back in the game. I think those lazy spells are just my body wanting to rest.
Here’s my ‘getting back in to it’ HIIT workout. You can add it to your collection of Bootcamp HIIT Ideas. Give it a go first before using it with your group.
